Brookfield Tractor is an authorized dealership that carries brands like Bobcat, Massey Ferguson, and Kinze serving the Brookfield area. Lance and Zach Carlson are the owners of Quincy Tractor, LLC. They were presented an opportunity to kick off 2016 that surprised them. For years they made the trip each fall to the famous Swan Lake National Wildlife Refuge and Fountain Grove to duck and goose hunt. They always drove past Green Hills Ag and looked at the dealership as a fantastic opportunity to broaden their horizons and service the agricultural community. This was their bucket list location with perfect highway frontage and a great cattle and hay market.

July 1st, 2016, Quincy Tractor, LLC purchased Green Hills Ag. The business was renamed Brookfield Tractor to fit the Quincy Tractor brand. They kept the legacy brands from Green Hills Ag like Massey Ferguson, Gleaner, Hesston, Sunflower, Rhino, Ferris and Simplicity. Brookfield Tractor has added core brands to help fulfill their goal of being a full-line farm equipment provider! Versatile, MacDon, Schuler, Trimble, Ag Leader, Raven, and Precision Planting have been added to supplement the business.

Lance and Zach quickly realized the need to better support the products they sold out of Brookfield Tractor and added five new employees. One in parts, one in service, two new sales professionals, and a precision farming specialist have been added so far. Brookfield Tractor will continue to grow and add local personnel to help service the community!

Quincy Tractor, LLC owns and operates six dealerships in Illinois and Missouri. Brookfield Tractor joins the already well established locations in Hannibal and Bowling Green, Missouri.
